2019 Livestock Judging and Skillathon

Monday, July 29, 2019 3:00pm-7:00pm at the Junior Fair Building on the Van Wert County Fairgrounds

• Livestock interviews and skillathon will not have registered appointments and will instead be organized in 1-hour blocks of time by your child’s last name. If the time block listed above corresponding with the first letter of your child’s last name does not meet your availability, please arrive earlier/later. The blocks are selected to help space everyone out as much as possible for a positive experience.

3:00-4:00 p.m.	Last names beginning with N-S
4:00-5:00 p.m.	Last names beginning with G-M
5:00-6:00p.m.	Last names beginning with A-F
6:00-7:00 p.m.	Last names beginning with T-Z

 

• Plan to spend an hour at livestock judging to allow time for your child to complete all skill-a-thon stations, project book review, and the interview.
• If Monday, July 29^h does not meet your availability, make up livestock judging will be held on Sunday, August 4^th from 3-6 pm in the Extension Meeting Room, and Monday, August 5^th  from 3-7 pm in the Extension Meeting Room. If none of those days meet your availability, please call the Extension office at 419-238-1214 to make other arrangements.
• There will be a space provided for youth who like a quieter environment or those with accommodations. Please ask at the event when you arrive and we will get you taken care of.
