With the policy chance on money handling changing for the Extension Office, we are asking 4-H clubs to bulk order project books for 2010. Enclosed in your  advisor packets are a master list of all the project books offered. We ask that you ask your members to choose their books and order directly through you, the advisor. They will pay the club for the books and in turn you will be able to mail a check to the P.O. Box for the 4-H Council. Also included in your advisor packets are labels with the address on it. The address for the P.O. Box is:

Since this is a new policy we will be as helpful as possible with you and parents that come into the officer unaware of this policy. Thanks for your patience!
